Very disappointed in Nordstrom

I received an unbuttoned heap of a shirt reeking of cologne. This was a surprise gift for my husband and I was embarrassed not for myself, but for Nordstrom. I have shopped there for over 30 years and this was not the quality control I expect. Very disappointing.
