Incredibly Comfy!
This leggings are flattering and comfortable. If you want a more fitted look go with your usual size. If you want a more casual looser fit to lounge in, I would recommend sizing up (I got both a SM and MED, 5'2" and 125 Ibs.). These are plenty stretchy in the leg area but the elastic in the waist is not so if you have wider hips getting the smaller size over ur hips is tricky but they do show off curves. These wash well and do not loose their shape. The material feels great and cozy like you want to sleep in them. I got the rust and black colors. The blue color reminded me a bit of pyjama jeans.

Ridiculously small
These looked like they would fit a 5 year old child. It was laughable at first. No stretch whatsoever and I don’t think an adult could fit in these, I can’t even imagine what a small would look like. They were returned.

super soft
The first pair I bought, they seemed a little short. I ordered some more and they are all different. If you get a pair that doesn't seem right order again. One pair seems to be made out of different material than the other two, all fit different also. My usual size fit, but you can see in the picture they are different lengths and there is half inch different in waist size even though all smalls. I want to try the green also, but not looking forward to ordering three just to get the 'right' pair. I can't wait to wear the black this fall, they are thick enough that there is no VPL.

as imo best reviews help w fit, here's my take:
i wear 27 jeans about 80% of the time, and 28 the 20%, mainly i.e. highest end skinny fit styles.
this translates in this pair of leggings as a comfy size M, which suggests that it runs just a tad smallish. this creates a good, smooth fit without being over-tight.
as for quality, its is high enough i have 2 pairs of these and will no doubt get more ;)

SO Great
Every once in a while Nordstrom really gets it right...LOVE LOVE these leggings...I'm 71 so I must be careful in my choices . That being said these fit snug and so so soft and comfortable, The size chart says I should wear the Large I bought both the large and medium. I could have worn both but chose the medium for the more snug fit The large is going back...Simple don't want to take them off. I have already ordered the green, and am insane over the blue.. A little pricey as one other customer said...But worth every penny. Wish they had some cute tunic tops to go with it....

So fun!
These are so cute and cozy! I had to return my first pair...after I washed them (following the care instructions) one pant leg shrunk up about 3 inches shorter than the other. But, my second pair has been great with no issues. The leggings are heavier weight - great for fall and winter!

Great color and fit - but bleeds in the wash
Perfect cross between sweats and leggings. Love the rich blue color and soft fabric. But wash separately for the first few times! I turned a few white things blue...
