Arrived not working
The watch itself is gorgeous. But it arrived not working. I don't know if it is a dead battery, or what. I'm hoping to get it to a jewelry shop this weekend and see. If it's not the battery, I'm returning it.

These watched do not work
I was sent this watch 3 times and it does not work. Now I will have to send this to get repaired and it will be 4 weeks before I can wear this watch. Customer service resolving this issue has been below adequate.

Nice Watch Dead Battery
I really like the watch but as many have mentioned it came with a dead battery. Which for me is not a huge problem as i own a repair kit and have a ton of Renatas. But people need to be aware prior to purchase.
