The dislike is not so much the boot, because it was slightly too large. However this presentation was horrible. Normally any shoe or boot will be stuffed to maintain the structure. Not these books they were just thrown in the boot. I had to double check to make sure they weren’t worn. The shoes were ordered from Nordstrom Rack, and shipped to Nordstrom Rack, but upon returning them I had to go a Nordstrom Store. In the Houston Area there are only two I didn’t realize ordering on line with Nordstrom Rack was coming from a Third Party. I won’t be ordering from Nordstrom Rack . This wasn’t a good experience !!
