Not recommended, hard to connect
This is the worst device, got 2 and couldn’t make them work. Very hard to register and customer service is from FOREO not helpful. This device works only through bluetooth . Definitely with return it and look for different brand that is more user friendly.

Did not woks
I tried for 2 months, I didn’t feel any difference, I had before (other brand depilación devise) and I know that laser must to burn the hair root, feel that is actually working with tolerable discomfort and I had permanent results ,but with this Foreo I did not feel any of that, I use the highest level is painless, any results ( No pain no gain)

did not see results
After researching the reviews online, I purchased and used this 2x/week for 16 weeks without any noticeable promised results. It did not work without downloading an app, which is fundamentally an irritant (I don’t need more apps on my phone). I would not recommend.

Why no carry case?..
honestly, I just fully cannot wrap my head around why the supposedly travel friendly device, that is fragile and needs a clean lense comes without any kind of travel pouch or case. Why?.. what am I suppose to carry it in? I don't get it.
Other than that it works. Comes with a whole bunch of loose, of course, travel adapters, which is okay, I guess. Doesn't burn too much. I don't think the cooling serum is needed.

It works over time
I bought this in January and am slowly starting to see results. It works but IPL hair removal does not happen overnight, nor is it the same as laser hair removal at a clinic. I use this to maintain hair growth in previously professionally treated areas (amazing) as well as areas that haven't been treated (pretty good). App feels unnecessary, but you don't need it to actually use the product. Just to calibrate it.
