How to use: Apply your regular toothpaste and turn on the ISSA Hybrid by pressing the center button and adjusting the intensity setting by pressing the + or - buttons. Brush your teeth the same way you would with a manual toothbrush for two minutes using circular movements. Every 30 seconds the pulsations with pause, indicating it's time to move to the next quadrant of the mouth. Turn ISSA Hybrid off by pressing the center button. Rinse your mouth and the toothbrush with water.
