Cannot be returned at Nordstrom Rack
This is a “Marketplace” item and cannot be returned at Nordstrom Rack. I drove to the Rack near me to return it and they would not accept it. I shop at Nordstrom, for myself and for gifts for friends and family, because of the well-established, generous return policy. The nearest Nordstrom is hours away. Very disappointed in this new, unadvertised, unclear policy.
