'Yala' Perforated Leather Sandal

I saw a woman wearing these same perforated sandals (in black) at the Getty museum here in Los Angeles. I commented on how cute and comfortable her shoes looked. She confirmed that they were/are, and told me she bought them in all 3 colors due to their extreme comfort. I found out who makes them, and promptly ordered them (in khaki) that same day online at Nordy's. I absolutely love these sandals. Along with being so comfortable, they also look great with cropped jeans, skirts, dresses. That said, I also ordered the same Yala style in the snake print and in the solid leather -- both of which felt very tight and pinched the tops of my feet, and neither of which felt nearly as comfortable as these in the perforated leather. I have already recommended them to my friends, who, along with me, go for comfort above style these days -- and with these sandals, you actually get BOTH! I hope this helps. (I wear a size 9-9.5, and the 9's fit perfectly, especially since you can adjust the ankle strap accordingly. I would not recommend these to someone who has a wider foot.)

I adore Fly London Shoes. I admit to having 7 pairs, mostly bought on sale. These were not on sale, and they are the 2nd pair of Yalas which I had to return because the heel portion was sewn on in such a way they didn't fit my heel or my ankle (the strap was inthe wrong location). I have one pair of Yalas which are my favorite shoe of all time. That is how I know the other 2 pairs are defective. The difference is clearly visible whether the shoes are on or off.
