I bought this item online and charged it on my Nordstrom credit card. The color wasn’t right so I returned it to the store, but was not able to get a “hard copy” of the return/amount, so had no proof of my return. The very nice and helpful salespeople were as frustrated as I was. Took quite a long time and still had no paper proof of the return. I will not be purchasing items from the Nordstrom “Marketplace” until this programming glitch is resolved.
