Flossy Floral Satin Midi Dress

I love this dress so much, and I really wanted it to work out. So very much. The pattern is beautiful, the material is soft & silky. But it's got the weirdest stitching around the hips that sat so funny on me. It had to go back, unfortunately.

Super tight in the chest and the seams land in the middle of the breast area. (See pic.) There is also a weird budging up on the sides of the dress when on. Beautiful stunning material. Just made for someone with a small chest, or no chest, along with the bad side stiching. Sadly this is a return for me.

The fit of this dress is extremely flattering and the material is so beautiful. I’m 5’4 and 130 pounds and sized up to a medium. It’s a little big in the back but overall hugs my curves so well. Don’t buy a small if you’re busty. This brand tends to run smaller for people with hips and a bust.

I ended up getting a size medium, which was a little roomy, but the small was very tight in the bust. For reference, I am 5’7”, 130 pounds, with a lean build and shoulders bigger than hips.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a beautiful dress! It's not the most well made, especially the way the lining is attached to the outer fabric. The lining fabric is also not the most comfortable. From the outside it looks great, but I wish I didn't pay the price I did for it.

This is a very pretty dress and the material was perfect for the style I did not keep the dress because it was described as a Midi length and the length was longer than I had thought it would be. It hit my ankles and I felt it gave too formal of a look for the occasion. If it had truly been midi length in me I would not have returned it.
