Already worn and Poor Quality
The pair I received appeared to be already worn with noticeable wear on the soles. Also, there was a big scratch/defect on the left toe. Lastly, the (hand)paint job is not good and looks like a toddler coloring outside the lines. This is actually the second product recently from Nordstrom’s that I had to return because someone obviously used the items - not just tried them on. I’ve been disappointed with the quality and consistency with Nordstrom’s QA process allowing used items to be returned and resolved as new.
