The bowl is wide in marbled resin — warm sandy tone, with pitting and veining that reads as travertine. The two servers share the same resin in their handles, each joined to a brushed gold stem by a small brass collar. One head is a wide spoon, the other a broad fork, both in brushed gold. A dinner table already set when the bowl arrives — placed at the center, servers crossed inside it, the handles resting just above the rim. Someone lifts the fork, then the spoon. The heads move through the bowl quietly. The stone-toned handles hold their own against whatever else is on the table.
