The print was a bit more drab in person, though it looks nice with a navy blazer and navy booties I have. Not a fan of the elasticized waist band, it sits almost at an empire waist height on me. And the ruffles over the chest add too much volume…again, for me. 18W sweeps the floor at 5’4”. Could possibly size down, but I think that would compromise fit in the shoulders, and inhibit movement too much. Nice navy lining. Fits nicely and ruffles lay nicely from the hips down. OK, just not quite what I was hoping for.
