Not for curvy girls
Pros, ordered a 12 and the waistband perfectly. Shipping was fast. The pattern matched up perfectly (horizontally and vertically) with the D&G button down tie waist shirt I have of the same pattern… which means it’s not a random cut pattern, and will probably match up with all tops from that line.
Cons. Unfortunately, I’m a curvy 12, and the pleats created so much volume around my waist and hips that I looked like a size22. Most high-end skirts have a deep hem… this had a 1/8” rolled hem. Disappointing for a $2k skirt.
