Yes it runs small but also odd fitting
I got this because I’m really tiny and have trouble finding dresses that fit me. It did fit a little tighter but it fit strangely - the hip area was bulging outward as if the size 0 girl would have huge hips. Unfortunately I don’t think this dress will fit anyone well.

SOOOO SMALL
It’s almost offensive how small this dress was, and then the description says “true to size”. Do yourself a favor and order up at least 2 sizes in order to get this dress. It’s beautiful, so I was bummed to have to return it.

Sizing Way off
I was so excited to wear this to a wedding and it is a beautiful dress. The sizing is way off. I'm going to try two sizes up to see if I can squeeze into it but it probably won't work. The description said "true to size." After it was shipped, I saw a review saying it was too small and I knew it wouldn't work. I feel like "true to size" is the pat answer until a customer orders and tries on and sees how off it is. Poor quality control and poor content.

Nice dress
Wore it to a derby last May and it fit me true to size but a bit tight. Below the waist there is extra fabric that is not flattering, that is my main con. I also thought it came with a strap option, but it does not.
