Floral Appliqué Faux Leather Shoulder Bag

Unsure if I'm going to keep this bag. While the style and design is cute and could work with many outfits, the strap is rough on the edges and doesn't work as a sling or crossbody, but also slips off the shoulder when used in it's designed sense. You can play around with the position of the buckles on either side to lengthen and shorten the strap. At 3 notches in for me on both sides, the bag rests a bit better than at the shorter length it was shipped with, but the strap still slips off and feels diggy in my shoulder when I try to get it right. The pleather of the bag section is soft and distressed, but I'm not sure if the scratches on the flower are part of the design or if I received meh content.
