Iconic Short Robe

I was searching for a robe that was comfortable, sleek, packable and a little sexy and this one is perfect. It has an attached belt so stays put and doesn’t bunch up. I’m a petite person and some robes make me look like I’m drowning in fabric but this one is roomy yet tailored. Just what I was looking for!

I ordered extra small, but the tag on the back of the robe says small/medium. Fortunately, it fits me very well, the sleeves and hem falling a little longer than on the model, which is fine with me. I love the way that it is fitted rather than loose -- it looks sleeker and won't get caught in anything. I also love that it has pockets! It makes me feel very pulled-together when I put it on in the morning.

I needed a robe for summer as the only robe I have is a thick, warm one from Barefoot Dreams. This robe is sooooo soft and comfortable and flattering! I find myself not wanting to take it off and get dressed in the morning! My husband asked me if it was a dress lol. It has pockets and I love the satin ribbon to tie it closed.

I love these robes and finally replaced one. I saw this lovely cranberry color and expected the same soft, flowing fabric of my other iconic robes. Disappointed! The fabric is kind of a rough rib fabric that looks like a cheap robe. It went back and I ordered the beautiful peacock color after confirming it was the soft fabric I was used to.
