Fleming Soft Quilted Denim Hobo Bag

I returned this bag because I received a better deal on the TB site. The bag is great. I would give it 5 stars. But the return process is in the toilet, in my opinion. Nordstrom wouldn’t price match. I guess that’s their prerogative. I sent it back on March 3rd and they received it March 9th. Nordstrom says it could take up to 12 (business?) days to process a return. As of today, I still haven’t received the credit to my account and now they are “researching”. This also happened with another “expensive” bag I returned. Nordstrom, what is up???

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this purse for everyday, it’s casual but you can also dress it up. I have been using it as my work bag, it’s large enough to fit everything I need. The only con is that if you carry a lot of items the strap can dig into your shoulder a bit. Overall it’s very well made!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, it was exactly what I was looking for. The denim color is the perfect medium denim color. I love the silver hardware. The snap closure is strong. The size is great. I wish there was a medium size, between this and mini hobo. I’d likely own several if that were the case.
