Best Brushy
I’ve been using a Mason Pearson for years and since it was showing bristles coming out I decided to change. Since I use Oribe Silverati and Gold Lust shampoo and cream rinse I decided to try the paddle brush…it is so soothing on the scalp does make your hair shiny and is a GREAT purchase for the hair!

not for my hair
My hair is super straight and super tangled when wet. I tried using it when my hair is wet and there is zero movement on the bristles to brush through my hair. I also tried using it when dry and it somehow made my hair puffy, which I’ve never had puffy hair a day in my life.
If this is the type of hair you have, don’t bother.
Might be better for other hair types.

no regrets!
I considered a brush 2x the price with a huge cult following; however, I am so glad I took a chance on this. No regrets. I have multiple curl patterns in my hair and brushing has always been a dreaded activity. I literally look FORWARD to brushing my hair now. Immediate results - brushing my hair more than ever and it’s now a treasured routine. I’m a customer for life now

Beautiful brush, handles big knots with no problem
This brush is truly wonderful and so far, has worked better than any other boar bristle brush I've ever used. This was purchased as a gift for a relative who has always had difficulty getting brushes through her thick, straight/wavy hair. No such problems with this one! The handle is beautiful and the brush itself has a nice weight to it (without being too heavy) that makes it a pleasure to hold. The resin is also quite beautiful. While I'm sure there are less expensive options that match up similarly, the out-of-the-box ease with which we used this brush couldn't be beat and it makes a lovely gift.

It’s worth the splurge!! It leaves your hair so smooth and silky even without any hair products because the boar bristles evenly distributes your hairs natural oils. Every friend who has borrowed my brush has raved about it and gone on to buy their own. Truly worth it!
