Wrinkled and NO TAGS!!!
There is nothing more frustrating than receiving a piece that is super wrinkled and has NO TAGS!!! I ordered this online for my father as his Christmas gift. They mailed this piece that looks like it was a store return... totally wrinkled and no tags. If it doesn't fit my father and he wants to return or exchange, will they do it at the store without a tag? NO, they won't! Then why are you guys selling pieces without a frigging tag??? Very frustrating... even Macy's doesn't do this!

Why Can’t Nordstrom Gift Wrap purchases???
This was a gift, but the gift wrapping options are ridiculous. Nordstrom’s will include in a shrink wrap, the gift box. Then the recipient can take the gift out of the brown box, wrap it and be surprised? Buy from small boutiques or Amazon. They put the gift in a simple wrap before it’s received n
