Women's Vardag Pile Fleece Zip Jacket

Nice looking fleece and more structured. It’s not as warm on the inside as I was going for and the pocket material is open mesh. Perhaps it warms up after wearing because the jacket doesn’t breathe much (thicker but cool feeling lining). It does seem well-made and runs true to size but not my favorite enough to keep.

I’ve had this amazing jacket for 3 years now so I feel qualified to review it. It is, as are all Fjallraven products, built to heirloom, durable quality. I’ve worn it..a lot…in many weather situations and it still looks brand new! Regarding others reports that it is “stiff”…this is only relative to other, less robust fabrics. Example, I have the Kaitum jacket also, which is considerably lighter and more flexible but also isn’t quite as warm and wind impermeable. I found the sizing to be pretty true to size. I scored mine on an end of season sale and literally couldn’t be happier. Would’ve been worth every penny at full price! I wear this in winter with a long sleeve shirt and in fringe seasons and it rocks em all. I’d buy with confidence!

Terrible jacket. The fabric is stiff and unyielding. You can hardly move around in it because of how stiff it is. The insulation is also non-existent. Wind goes straight through the fabric, the zipper allows air in and the pockets are made of mesh allowing air to get to your hands. Won't even keep you warm on a sunny 40 degree day.
