attention to detail
One of the finest quality garments I've ever laid hands on! Even though it's just a windbreaker it's apparent that fjallraven is a world class garment maker. No detail is overlooked. Every aspect of this item is of the highest quality. Ingenius design, especially around the collar and hood, and perfect fit. Extremely pleased.

Good feel, lightweight, AWFUL zipper
This is a great, lightweight, packable wind jacket. As advertised, it will repel a *very* light rain, but anything more than that and you're soaked. Very comfortable and well-tailored. But the zipper, good lord this zipper. It is TERRIBLE. Even after figuring out the dance you need to do with the double zipper to get it to engage, I still have to fight with it every time. An incredibly frustrating feature of an otherwise excellent jacket.

Since Nordstrom has nothing in the way of casual women’s jackets, I gave the men’s selection a try. This is exactly the look and quality I wanted, but of course I have a woman’s hips and was prepared to have it reworked but not surprisingly it was too much of an undertaking. Lucky man who gets this wonderful jacket. Hey Nordstrom, how about getting something like this for us gals??

Favourite windbreaker
I bought this jacket as spring was approaching and it has become my favourite for days with wind and light rain. It’s comfortable, cuts down on any windchill and has enough room for a warmer layer underneath. Highly recommend and the ochre is just bright enough, without being loud.

Nice Jacket-Terrible Zipper.
I really like the look and fit of this jacket, but the balky zipper is very frustrating. You have to work the zipper in a very specific way in order for the zipper to align and then pull up. This would undoubtedly work better with a single zipper pull instead of a double. I was going to return it until I figured out the magic trick that needs to be performed to get the jacket actually zipped.
