Love it!
I have been wearing this during a week of spring hiking in the hills of northern England and it has been great, keeping me comfortable in cloudy sunshine, short sharp downpours, hail, prolonged drizzle and strong wind on exposed ridges. It fits me perfectly and looks great. My favourite jacket.

Don't wear in the rain
Not water resistant, which was the reason for my purchase. Just came in from out in maybe medium rain for 10 mins and my shirt sleeves and back are wet along the seams of the jacket. It feels wet inside the jacket. Really thought it would be better than this.
For those who are considering, the waist is oddly far tighter than the rest.

Comfortable and practical hardshell for daily wear
I bought this jacket a couple of weeks ago. Overall, I like it. For a hardshell, it feels surprisingly comfortable. The design is versatile - I can wear it with both jeans and hiking pants - and it's pleasantly lightweight. I've been wearing it comfortably in temperatures between 7°C and 15°C.
That said, a few things could be improved:
The pockets are a bit small. They work for basic items, but don't offer much room.
There's no internal chest pocket, which is where I usually keep my wallet.
The zipper can be tricky - the fabric sits too close, so it often catches and requires extra attention.
The sleeves are both too long and too wide. The width, in particular, gives an oddly bulky look.
Sizing is inconsistent. According to Fjällräven's size chart, I should be a Medium. However, this is the third item I've had to size down to Small, including the Sten jacket. Since this isn't a layering piece, it shouldn't feel oversized.
I'm not sure if anyone from Fjällräven will read this, but I'd strongly suggest revisiting the sizing guide. When charts don't match reality, it creates unnecessary frustration - especially for online buyers.

Sizing Review
Read many reviews about the fit of this jacket and thought I'd list my findings.
I'm 5"9"/175cm tall, 42"/107cm chest, sometimes need the width of a 44"/112 chest.
In Fjallraven I wear mens Medium Vardag Sweater and Large Skogso Padded jacket and its comfortable.
For the Sten I needed the XL and the fit is as perfect as the L Skogso, with a Sweater underneath.
Some report the arms to be long but when you reach and stretch that extra 5cm is needed especially if wearing a backpack.
So size up people, and as for the Quality and style well thats not in question otherwise none of us would be on this website

Odd fit and poor performance
The arms are super long and big, the chest is disproportionately slim. Very little wind breaking ability and not very water repellent. Not great for the price.

Sizing is Absurd
Sizing is ridiculous.
I normally take a Large with Fjall Raven but Large in the Sten is absurd. Unless you are extremely thin with long arms forget this jacket. Why make an outdoor jacket so fitted. People want to wear fleeces and seaters underneath. I am returning for refund.
