What it is: A sensitive skin-friendly and gentle face exfoliating pads with a blend of AHAs designed for daily use to help even out, smooth and prep skin for makeup.

What it does: The facial pads combine glycolic and lactic acids to gently exfoliate the face, neck and décolletage and refine the look of pores for a smoother, more even complexion that is the perfect base for makeup. It is formulated with glycolic acid and lactic acid alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs) that exfoliate skin for a more improved texture.

How to use: The pads are designed to be used on sensitive skin. Can be used everyday.

Completely changed my skin

I received this, for the first time, as a gift from my daughter for Christmas. The difference I saw in just the first month made me a believer. My dry, dull skin suddenly came alive. People always comment on my glow, and for the first time in 59 years, I do not hesitate to go out without makeup on.

Not the same product

Not the same product as the old version. They completely removed some ingredients and moved some up and down the list. For those that might not know, the ingredients that appear first in the list are what the product contains most of. It's not about "Retailer Clean Standards" It's about cutting costs. Green tea, feverfew, and licorice root extracts are all clean botanical ingredients. No reason to remove them for "Retailer Clean Standards". It just reduces their need to keep these raw materials on hand.

Malodorous

Came in my Ipsy order. The smell is horrific. It’s not a harsh chemical smell or perfume-y, it smells like something is rotting. I’d say it smells like cheese but that would be an insult to cheese.

Not the Same!

I’ve been loyal buyer of this product for the last five years. I have recommended it to others and bought as presents for family. I will not be doing so anymore. It's not just a new look, it is also NOT the same formula. The previous formulation actually gently exfoliated and gave a nice glow to the skin. In a lot of cases it actually calmed irritation. This new formula not only doesn’t do a good job of exfoliating, but it also causes MORE irritation and dries out the skin. Not good for sensitive skin. I will not be repurchasing.

Not the same formula in the new packaging.

“The same” formula caused my skin to be red and dry like sandpaper. I have used 2 of these pads every single morning and night for years. The very first time I used one, I noticed the difference. Disappointed in the false claim they haven’t changed formulas, and disappointed in the new formula.

New formula is NOT the same

I am SO upset that they changed the ingredients in the facial radiance pads. They claim it's a "new look same formula" but the ingredient lists from their own site clearly show the change. The new pads don't have the good stuff like licorice root extract, camellia sinensis extract, or chamomile extract, and have added citric acid and other preservatives. These were my HG and I have super sensitive skin so it's really difficult to find products that work. Massively disappointed in the change and even more disappointed in the false advertising.
