The firm pillow arrived and I was so excited until I ooened it to find that it appeared dirty on two spots and not firm feeling at all. I am very disappointed with my purchase and was really contemplating returning it but my hisband convinced me to just wash it and never purchase again. Really disappointing.

Down Alternative- firm
This firm down alternative pillow has been life changing for my neck pain! I don’t necessarily lay on it and think “woah, this is amazing” but I wake up without neck pain and I could not be more grateful! Literally life changing!!!
