Fiona Ruffle Cuff Silk Button-Up Shirt

This blouse is so gorgeous. The fabric is just right--smooth but not clingy. The Iris Slate color is so pretty; looks a bit purply online but just a lovely light gray-blue in person. I'm short and busty, so it hits on my hip and gaps a bit at the bust. I got a size larger than normal to avoid this but still have to put some fabric tape on the gapping area. Totally worth it, though!

I ordered an extra small and although the tag read “XS”, the blouse read “S”. It arrived rumpled in a ball in a tiny plastic bag, was horribly wrinkled, and was too large and unflattering. I returned it. I reordered a “real” XS and it arrived (still in a plastic bag in a bag) but was folded thoughtfully, which allowed for less wrinkling and improved the fabric lay. There is a notable difference in size! I’m a 34 bra band size & don’t quite fill a B cup. The fit thru the chest was very good, not tight. Nicely tailored. This is pretty & perfect.

This top is gorgeous and fits perfectly. I assumed that it would, I have two other cinq à sept blouses just like this. It’s rare that I find a button up top that actually works for me. I’m a 32 G with a small frame so blouses that fit my frame rarely button over my bust without gaping. This one is a winner! I love the blue color.
