Perfection
I've just purchased the shoe and have worn it twice in the house a few hours each time. For me, this is the perfect sandal. First, the fit is superb. It is true to size. I wear a size 10 medium ladies USA sizing. I purchased this in size 41 and it is correct for length and for width. My heels are a little narrow. No problem in this sandal because of adjustability. I might have swelling on a plane or after being on my feet all day. No problem in this sandal. The bottom of my feet feel hot next to plastics or other man made materials. This insole has leather next to my foot with high end man made support. The insoles can be removed to breathe when not worn, can be replaced or exchanged for another insole. The arch support is not too aggressive nor too flat. The leather upper is beautiful and the workmanship throughout the shoe is very evident. This looks and feels like a sandal I'll befriend for many years.

Walking shoes
Have worn these outside and am hesitant to return. They are heavy and the front edge cuts the toes. Obviously, very uncomfortable shoes. The only hope is that the leather will stretch.

Style & Comfort
While searching for a really stylish walking shoe, I read ALL the reviews on every potential choice. This shoe brand and style was positive and glowing in each review.
Having lived in Munich, I know the quality of German made shoes, purchasing these was a no brainer. When they arrived, I was so happy to see the taupe was a GOOD shade, not too grey or tan.. BUT, the more I wear these, the more certain I become that I need a few other colors to cover my wardrobe.
What a thrill and relief to know I can walk out the door and keep walking all day ~ knowing I have a stylish, arch supportive comfort shoe comforting my feet.

Great sandals!
I purchased these at the beginning of the summer and have thoroughly enjoyed wearing them since that time. They are extremely comfortable and the velcro straps make adjustment easy if it's needed. Finn Comfort shoes are expensive, but worth the cost for anyone who has foot problems.

Happy walk in Finn Comfort
I purchased this sandals in red and used it during 3 weeks vacation in a rural area, on water, sand, climbing on a mountain road and in a fancy restaurant at the seashore; it went well with all sorts of clothing at different occasions and got lots of compliments. More than that they were so comfortable and after all they still look like a brand new pair:)

quality has gone downhill
I have owned 2 pairs of Finn Comfort Gomera sandals. The first pair lasted 3 summers and I was very satisfied. The second pair that I purchased last summer barely lasted through the summer before the stitching came undone in 3 places where the back strap is sewn to the sole so that the insole needed to keep the strap in place (both sides of one shoe and one side of the other). Even worse was that the stitching on the upper started to tear so that I had threads hanging in loops at the top. They started to look very shabby much too fast and I can't wear them this summer unless I pay to have them re-sewn. I am disappointed since the fit is very comfortable for my foot but I just can't justify spending nearly $300 for such poor quality.

If there is ever a feeling of walking on clouds - this is it. These are the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever owned. Would own several pair, if price weren't so steep.
