Fiedler Silk Woven Bow Tie

Returned. Found the right color that we needed pre-tied from the same company Beau Ties at amazon, Nordstrom did not carry it. The company stated that I returned the bow-tie damaged, not true. I am insulted, I always send back my returns fast and well packed. Contacted Nordstrom customer service, they could not help. Contacted Beau Ties they insisted on wear, not true. So I don't get my money back and no bow-tie. Just don't bother with this company.
