SO Long and wide

I'm 5'5" with long legs for my height and these pants on the hanger come almost up to my shoulders! There's no mention of the only size available being an extra Tall. Tag says 31" inseam, which is questionable. I prefer 28" inseam typically because I wear mostly flats, but these are crazy long. The legs are also much wider than I was expecting. Didn't try on. Straight to the return pile. The color is nice so I gave it a star for that, same as pictured.
