Lost Nordstrom notes because of a broken candle
I LOVE Diptyque FdB. LOVE. Unfortunately it arrived broken. After many conversations with Nordstrom, they refunded me. However, I lost $60 of Nordstrom notes in the process through no fault of mine. I am very disappointed in Nordstrom CS.

pretty sure I got someones damaged return
Arrived chipped with a crack down the whole side, wicks already trimmed short but wasn't lit. The chipped off pieces weren't in the box, so I think this was a previous return. I bought during extra points event and they won't just send a replacement first so I'll be losing points. Shouldn't even be asking for it back bc they'll end up doing this again when they try to ship it to someone else
