Double Gancio Bicolor Shoulder Bag

I ordered a brand new of this bag from Nordstrom and received a used one — with clear signs of wear. I immediately contacted customer service and told them I would not be keeping it. Their solution? A 10% price adjustment — which makes zero sense, because I'm returning the bag anyway. That means I get nothing for my time and frustration. Absolutely pointless. To make things worse, I wasted over an hour on the phone with customer service, and now I have to take more time out of my day to go to the store and return the item. All because they shipped me something that never should have left the warehouse. This was a complete waste of time and energy. I expected way better from Nordstrom, but this has made me seriously rethink shopping here again.
