As an owner of a somewhat substantial pair of boobs I have been burdened not only by the aforementioned big boobs, but also with the Herculean task of finding bras to fit said said boobs. I don’t often splurge on new bras because it is such a pain to find a decent one. So imagine my disappointment when I splurged on not one but TWO bras (from Victoria’s Secret no less!) that arrived feeling like the foam from a couch cushion found in a dark corner of a thrift store. I was completely unaware that VS had acquired AdoreMe, so I was perplexed to see AdoreMe packaging and labels on my bras. I had (wrongly) assumed Adore Me was a VS line, like Dream Angels. Alas, this was not the case. Not only is Adore Me quality far below what I’d usually expect from VS, but it was instantly clear that even for AM their quality has taken a dive over the last year. I happened to be wearing an AM bra I bought a year or two ago that was a VERY similar style. But the cups now have no structure at all, there are seams down the middle of the cups which are poorly sewn, the mesh of the sides is much scratchier than it used to be, and in spite of the fact that it is the exact same size the new bra is probably two inches smaller in the band, and the cups are smaller. I’ve included side by side pictures to really show how different they are. I will be returning this ASAP. Save yourself the struggle and don’t bother.
