Received disgusting used product
We bought this set for a birthday gift. During the unboxing, the smell of rotten stale old coffee filled the room. We realized that Nordstrom sent a USED STAINED UNWASHED PRODUCT. It still had coffee residue from the last customer that bought and returned the item. How embarrassing!!! The rumors are right; Nordstrom is no longer a luxury retailer. Their customer service will not do anything to compensate for this horrible experience.

Received disgusting used product

Bought to go with the electric kettle
Nice drip system, but wish it had a lid for keeping coffee hot after it's been made. Also wish it had gradated markings instead of just one dot for 10 oz. Haven't checked yet to see how hard it is to get the coffee filters.

Disappointed
I wanted this for when I needed a quick cup of coffee. There is not a thing quick about this. It is very hard to figure out the coffee vs. water ratio. Does not keep coffee warm and you can’t put it on a warmer so I don’t see any point to this little money maker. I mine as well use my Chemex and the FELLOW STAGG POUR OVER KETTLE…at least I would know it was going t come out perfectly.

received damaged incomplete set
The item came poorly packaged and looked like it was a refurbished or previously returned. The set is missing the filters and the dripper had chips around the rim edge. Sadly did not use and will be returning.

Stagg-ering
This is the first flat bottom dripper I've owned. After months of struggling with comical, I mean; conical drippers I can finally make consistently good cups of coffee.
