Item not as described
This item was described as solid black. I ordered and it came with a design all over it. I exchanged for a new one and it still has a design. Just be aware that this item is not actually solid black. Customer service was less than helpful. I need this for a gift exchange so I did not have time to return AGAIN to not even be sure if I would receive the correct item.

Needs to have a smaller circumference
Nice quality, but it's called a "travel mug" and it doesn't fit in the car cup holders.

My second Fellow mug!
I already bought the 12 oz from Nordie and decided to upgrade to the next size. I have gotta say, the extra 4 oz. is a game changer and my coffee/tea-drinking experience feels more complete! This is perfect for wfh days (who needs an Ember mug?) and reliable to take to work (the content stays hot for a solid max six hours without the rubber/silicone ring around the inner lid. Because I find it difficult to open the mug after jostling it around between commuting, i took off the rubber/silicone seal and just put it in a ziploc bag to catch the spilled liquid. Yes, I lose a little liquid but the heat stays, so I’m content. I love this mug so much that I plan on buying this to a couple of Yeti diehard fan for Christmas because I think they’ll love it!

My favorite!
This mug is absolutely great for wfh days and good for use in the office. This is a reliable mug to keep your liquid hot until your afternoon tea time! I had trouble opening the mug after jostling it around from the commute, so decided to take off the ring. The content spills a bit, so I put it in a ziploc bag and it works fine for me since i find that it keeps things hot for a solid six hours. With the seal, of course it’ll stay hot longer. Absolutely recommend!
