Bad shipping/why use DHL and USPS

I was very excited for this shirt, problem is it was lost. Very convenient that it was reportylost the day after the sale ended and they had no more shirts. It stinks I got a e gift card for the value so it’s fine but now I’m out more money because I bought this part of a big sale.

After one wash the quality appears poor.

As in the title after the first wash there were many strings/threads coming from the stitches and seams. Anywhere there is stitching is very wrinkled like something shrank. I have may Peter millar shirts and wear eb66 pants everyday.
