Feline Floral Lace Unlined Balconette Bra

I normally buy Savage x Fenty products directly from their website. I only purchase this brand at Nordstrom when something is sold out, etc. I found this bra and was extremely excited to find it because I already have the other matching set items. When I received my order, the plastic bag packaging smelt like smoke. When I took the item out of the packaging, the smoke odor was even stronger. I don’t know if this item was returned by another buyer, but no one should ever receive purchased clothing, especially undergarments, that smell of smoke. And this was not a fresh or recent smell of smoke as if someone had a cigarette. The odor was that dry, lingering chain smoke smell as if the item had been left in a smokers room for days on end. The item fits perfectly because I purchase this brand all the time and am familiar with the cut and fit of this brand, but I had to wash this item before wearing it or before putting it in my closet with the rest of my bras/panties, etc. I’m highly disappointed that I received my purchase reeking of smoke. This was experience was a major turn off as I have never had this issue when ordering directly from Savage x Fenty. I will continue to shop this brand but only from their website.
