Feel FF Logo Clog (Men)

I was thoroughly disappointed with my packaging when I received it. The box was torn with oil stains on the outside, dust bag was dirty and had animal fur on it, the tissue paper was very crinkly and looked tattered. Luckily, the product itself was fine— but for this price, I should have received a much better presentation. Called Nordstrom for replacements and was met with resistance and they were minimally helpful. Offering a new product but unable to fulfill as it’s sold out. Had to has 3 different members for a new dust bag/box.
