Wonderful product!
I didn't see this bear myself, because I had it shipped directly to my sister in law. She's ill, and she REALLY loved receiving this adorable bear. She was so happy it can be heated or cooled, and she said it's super cute, cheerful, and uplifting. She likes how it can sit upright by itself. She also commented on how soft it is. I'm sure any child would love it as much as she does!! Nordstrom did a great job getting it to her quickly.
