Color and texture do not match photo
I was looking forward to a smooth leather belt with silver hardware. I received a textured (croc maybe leather belt with gold hardware. Rating is low because I called Nordstrom customer service, only to speak to their AI bot “Nora” who told me I had to return the order at a store or use the app to return by mail, and then place a new order. Nevermind that the order was incorrect. Nordstrom’s value proposition was always luxury items with stellar service to match. This feels more like Macys at best, with a touch of Amazon AI nonsense.
