Feather Cap Sleeve Pearl Embellished Midi Dress

I typically wear a size 4 for all my tops, bottoms, and dresses. I reviewed the size chart and my body measurements so for this dress, I ordered a size 6. When it arrived, it was still too small and would not zip past my waistline. I have neither a fupa nor extra fat around my waistline but it still didn’t fit. If I would have gone up to an 8, the hips and top would have been too big and the dress wouldn’t have been flattering.
