The Otto Denim Jacket

No idea why this jacket has so may good reviews. Maybe if you are short and super slim, but I’m 5”6 and standard large in most things and 1) the sleeves are short (don’t even reach my wrists), 2) the way the shoulders are dropped make me look 20lbs heavier and 3) it’s no long, but short and awkwardly cut. All in all this is going to be an immediate return.

I saw the first two reviews and agree with both. One woman who is 5 ft. 6 in. said the jacket does not look good on her. She said the arms were too short and the jacket was too short. She did say the jacket may fit well on a petite woman. Then the next reviewer said she is 5 feet 2 inches and this jacket fits her perfectly. I am also 5 ft. 2 in. and slim. So this jacket also fits me perfectly. I bought it in a size small. The material is super soft, the arms are not too long, and the length is perfect. It hits at the waste, so it does not looked cropped. But it is not too long. It makes me look taller. It is a little bit oversized, but not sloppy. I like that it is oversized because I can wear long sleeved tees under it. It is still new so I have only worn it once. But I have already already gotten compliments that the jacket looks great. Thank you Nordstrom for keeping us shorter ladies in mind.

The quality of this denim jacket was great. I only am returning because though I wanted a slouchy fit jean jacket, this one isn't flattering on me. The batwing like sleeves for my arms are too large and the length of the jacket on my body isn't long enough. Also, for me, I didn't like the high shine silver AND glossy black buttons.
