FarmSteady Bagel & Cream Cheese Making Kit

This was a fun idea but fails completely. I thought this was more like a meal kit in the sense that the cost justifies having all the ingredients and you can avoid shopping but it isn't. It is costly for flour and tiny packets of ingredients but you still need to shop and buy the dairy products required for the recipe. Also, the package I received was missing the namesake Everything seasoning. Nordstrom was willing to accept a return and refund it but I reached out to FarmSteady, the company that creates these kits. They apologized and were willing to ship the seasoning with no specifics about when it may arrive. Instead of waiting another week or longer for the seasoning to arrive, I bought the Everything seasoning also. After all the expense and effort, the cream cheese is runny and tastes only like cream, not cream cheese. The bagels are missing something in the flavor. Overall I would not recommend these kits.
