too big all over but pretty

I honestly do not know what to do about this brand - some size Larges are too tight, and some size smalls are too big. I usually would wear a M but bought a large because it looked so fitted. It was so big, the armholes even sagged off of me. I'm not sure if sizing down to a M would even have helped. Super substantial and pretty fabric though.
