Don't understand the high ratings
I researched to find a face wash that was considered clean but still effective and this was not it. I don't have acne prone skin but I can get breakouts and this wash did not prevent that. For context, I previously was using cerave BPO face wash which was incredibly helpful in preventing bumps here and there. This one has done nothing for potential breakouts, it does clean gently but a bit too gentle where it's ineffective.

Good product, terrible pump
I’ve been using this face wash for years and miss the original bottle. When the new bottle design was released, I read the reviews and was aware that the pump might have issues. Because of that, I hesitated to continue purchasing it, especially since they were charging more. But I gave it a chance anyway. Not surprisingly, the reviewers weren’t exaggerating, and the face wash started seeping out of the pump after a few uses. After finishing the first bottle, I gave it yet another chance, hoping the issue has been fixed. Nope, the pump still leaks, wasting a lot of product. If you’re charging more for this new design, please, at least, make it leak-proof. Pretty disappointing.

Effective and smells great
I’ve tried many different face washes, and this one most effectively removes sunscreen and makeup (mascara specifically) without drying out my skin. The scent is really pleasant too!

I really love it!
I've been using the face wash for over a year and love it. I've tried others but keep coming back to this. It has a great scent, is natural and a little goes a long way. I usually us it in the am and use a cleansing oil at night.
