Super cozy and sexy
I never once thought I would think a Louboutin was comfortable out of the box but here we are. As a big Kate lover I also never thought I would see myself in a non-pointed silhouette but these are also unexpectedly sexy. I would say they definitely run bigger than most Louboutin as I had to go down a half size that my normal.

Gorgeous and comfortable
They were comfortable right out of the box. No toe cleavage and no pinching. I typically wear size 38 in shoes, but 37.5 fit great. Thicker heel is a plus for stability. 10/10

beautiful look.
I agree with other reviews that these are comfortable compared to other LBs. Very classy and well made pumps, however heel height is 4.5 and not 4 inches. I did add the insert to keep my foot from sliding down. The thicker heel is a plus.
