Fame™ Modular Stroller

The Maxi-Cosi Fame Stroller makes everyday outings even easier and more fun! I was skeptical on the use case for the lights, but it's so cute to be able to choose a color, and convenient to have a charger built in and lit basket. The charger is extremely helpful on hot days to plug in a portable fan, and the extremely large mesh canopy is perfect for keeping a breeze blowing. The Fame is very comparable in size and weight to other similarly priced strollers, but the fabric and the finishes are elevated beyond what I expected. The formed shoulder straps are comfortable for baby, and the seats recline modes allow for even more comfort. The buckle does take a little getting used to, and I'll have to figure out if there is a way to do it quicker and with one hand, but overall the Fame has quickly become my everyday full-size stroller. Keep it up Maxi-Cosi!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As my title says, this stroller is incredibly premium and overwhelmingly (in the best way) convenient. I have 6 kids, ranging from 2-14, and have collected a number of strollers over the years. In fact, right now I have 3 different strollers in my van (a wagon, a double stroller, and a compact stroller) as I use them so frequently. My garage is basically a stroller haven. With all that being said, I have to admit that this is one of the best strollers I've used to date. Sure, it has a few things I'd love to change if I could, but overall it meets all my needs and more. To start with what I'd change, since I know that's what you're most curious about: the harness is so strange to me. It sticks straight out all the time and is rather difficult to adjust in between kiddos. The other main thing I'd change is how you can use the lights on the stroller without the app. While I have the app on my phone, sometimes it's nice to just turn the lights on or off without using the app. This means the lights are just white, but that's totally fine with me. Unfortunately, it is really confusing as sometimes the bar responds to my touch, sometimes it turns on and quickly back off, and sometimes it doesn't turn on at all. I know the stroller is fine as the app works seamlessly, so it's more of just difficulty understanding what I may be doing wrong with the physical presses. Now, with those things noted, it's time to talk about all the amazing things about this stroller, of which there are many. I'm not going to list the features, you can see those for yourself, but I am going to talk about how they work in real life. The LED lights are something I thought were cool, but wasn't sure exactly when I'd use them. Turns out they are handy ALL THE TIME. They're dim enough that it doesn't really bother anyone around us, but bright enough that they give me a bit more visibility and help me know I am visible to others too. Most recently we used the lights on the 4th of July when watching fireworks. They were fun and functional at the same time. They definitely helped me ensure I didn't stroll into any holes on the uneven terrain, and kept my youngest one settled while we were loading everyone back up. The fabrics are so soft and plush, I wish my car's seats were made of them. Not one of my children has uttered a single complaint in the stroller, so you know they're comfy too. The ability to adjust the recline so my kiddo is sitting more upright than some of my other strollers is great too. My youngest (2) is the opposite of a container baby. He never wants to be restricted. But since he is able to sit completely upright in this stroller, he is happy as a clam in it. The adjustability of the handle on the stroller is wonderful too. I can easily adjust the height for me, my 11 year old daughter, or my husband with ease. The one thing I do wish I could also adjust was the angle of the handle, but overall it still feels good and ergonomic. This stroller has handled alllllllll the terrains so far. I haven't had it even give me push back once yet. It just glides smoothly, and looking at the tires it's easy to see why. My favorite feature, though? The fold. It was a bit tricky to learn at first, but once you do, it's easy peasy. My husband even said it was the easiest fold he had ever used. The built-in solid handle once you fold is amazing too. I feel secure picking it up and putting it in my car without worries it's going to pop open on me (just make sure you've pressed it all the way closed!). Overall, this stroller is a solid 9.5/10 and I definitely am going to be using it for the long haul. I did receive this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, but I wouldn't hesitate to purchase it again or recommend it honestly to my friends and family.

This stroller has been such a game changer and has so many awesome bells and whistles, but most importantly it is SAFE. Overall, I am extremely impressed with the Maxi-Cosi Fame modular stroller. One of the first things that I noticed right away was how smooth it is pushing my son on our daily/evening walks. We live in the hills and have some pretty rocky trails and bumpy roads and the suspension and wheels on this thing are incredible!! Durability is also a big priority for me. We have had to replace multiple strollers due to the tires not being able to handle our walks and the roads and trails we take on an every day basis. This stroller feels like it was truly built to last for a long time, and so far has been more than strong enough to handle our walks. I have always loved taking walks with my kids and have made it a routine in our every day lives, so having a stroller that is safe, reliable and comfortable is important to me and what I need. Another great thing about this stroller is that it has a spacious storage basket underneath. So whether I’m out grocery shopping or going somewhere where I need to bring a lot of stuff like diaper bags, snacks, toys, my purse, and other important essentials, there’s plenty of room for everything without being overstuffed or cramped. The Maxi-Cosi Fame modular stroller also comes equipped with LED lights all along the storage basket area that you can easily change the colors and brightness levels of on an app that you can link to your stroller for added features! The LED lights have been extremely helpful and get lots of use on our evening walks. It makes me feel so much safer while being out walking and knowing that cars are able to see us better with the lights on it, and not only just cars, but also wild animals (there are a lot of coyotes and snakes where we live). They are also helpful to have and give more clarity when dark because they light up a path for us to see where we are walking and have really helped with the hard to see areas that I normally am not able to see very well otherwise. I really think the LEDs are such a smart idea and such a great safety feature to have. If you are wondering how the LEDs will stay charged and be ready for future rides, then you will love to know that there is also a built in power bank for the LED lights and if you need to charge your phone there’s a USB type-C port that you can put one of your type- C cords in and then can charge your phone or whatever while on your walk. This stroller is seriously one of the softest and most comfortable strollers I have ever felt!! I wish I could fit inside, because I totally would go inside if I could. Lol. The material is so soft and breathable and has a padded memory foam seat. So your child will always be riding in extreme comfort, which makes it nice for longer rides where they will be sitting in it for longer durations. There is also mesh that provides ventilation and is great for warmer days to keep your child cool. It comes with a huge zipper-extended canopy that has a little window built in for you to check on your child without disturbing them (like if they are napping or if it’s really sunny out and you don’t want them exposed to the sun). Other than the smooth rides, reliability, safety features, and overall comfort this stroller provides; one of my favorite features is that it is so easy for me to get in and out of the car by myself. It’s incredibly compact and doesn’t take up much trunk space, which is a huge plus when you’re a mom of two boys 2 and under and trying to make everyday life a little easier without sacrificing the little amount of space you have left. It’s lightweight, easy to fold and unfold, and I can set it up on my own super quick with no help. Another feature I love is that it’s self-standing when folded. It is so convenient to be able to fold it up and have it stand on its own while I’m getting the kids situated or loading the car, without worrying about it tipping over or falling. I feel like Maxi-Cosi really thought of everything when making this stroller. It has everything you can truly need in a stroller and more! It’s safe, reliable, looks good and isn’t too bulky or heavy and anybody can easily get it ready to use on their own super quickly, which is important with how little patience children have and not wanting to wait on anything! I highly recommend anyone looking for a new stroller or even to upgrade to something better with more features try the Maxi-Cosi Fame modular stroller. You will not regret it!!

I can honestly say I’ve been really impressed with the Maxi-Cosi Fame. It feels incredibly well made and has that high-end quality you notice right away. The ride is super smooth, it’s easy to maneuver, and my baby seems really comfortable in it. The seat is nicely cushioned, and I love how simple it is to adjust everything. The fabrics feel soft and luxurious, and the stroller has a really sleek, modern look. I honestly didn’t think I’d care much about the LED lights, but they’ve been surprisingly useful on evening walks. They make it easier to see where you’re going and help you feel a little more visible when it’s getting dark. One of my favorite things is how well designed it is. The storage basket had lots of space , it steers smoothly, and all the little details just make it feel like a premium stroller that’s built for real life. After using several strollers over the years, this is definitely one of my favorites. It’s comfortable, stylish, easy to use, and feels like it’s built to last. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received the Maxi-Cosi Fame Modular Stroller as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and, in short, I have been amazingly impressed! Even though the stroller had a ton of bells and whistles, it’s the fundamentals that I’m really impressed by: it has a great storage capacity, can position baby front or rear facing, is incredibly modular, has a very accessible foot brake, and is surprisingly light and compact! None of those may be the sexiest qualities to talk about, but when you’re using something on a daily basis, it makes all the difference. My favourite non-essential feature is definitely the material everything is made from. This is a premium stroller and it shows. Everything feels durable, long lasting, and any cushioned material is super soft and lush. Once you experience it, it’s hard to go back. If I had to knock it down a few points, I’d say that the battery could have been a bit better in terms of capacity, and that the lights, while super cool, didn’t add much for me — that being said, if you do a lot of nighttime walking, I could see it being a game changer! All in all, a solid choice for anyone who cares about durability and a premium feel!
