Stretch Terry Wide Leg Pants

I have never tried this brand before. I’m usually 27/28 in jeans. I ordered the 28 in these. I was looking for a wide leg pair of khaki/neutral pants for spring. The material is very soft and stretchy but they were not 100% for me. From the front they were cute but I didn’t like the side view. I’m used to Madewell magic pockets giving me a flatter midsection. These are so relaxed and stretchy, not as structured, that I didn’t find them to be as flattering as other pants I own. I’m glad I tried them but I went with another pair of high waisted wide-leg pants instead. I’m 5’6” and I’d need to wear heels or get them hemmed. They were a little long.

Very odd fit. I sized up two sizes (!) from my jeans and these are still too small in waist and too high. I fit size 25 in Mother, Seven and NYDJ. I bought 25 in these, exchanged for 27 and returning again. And way too long. I have narrow hips and long legs. Looks nothing like the photo. Great fabric and color though. 5’6” 128 lbs

Loved the material and medium blue wash with just the right amount of stretch. I ordered 26 (my usual size) but need a 25. Unfortunately, one of the pockets on the front of the pants was noticeably higher than the other and made them look uneven. Sadly returning these as I'd hoped they would be a staple for my spring/summer wardrobe.
