soft comfortable quality!
I own 4 of these. 3 I have had for more than a year. Many washing. I have read the reviews and I don’t have any issues. They aren’t recommended for the dryer, but buy them big to allow for shrinkage. All I can think that could have gone wrong is that when washing….you MUST zip up all zippers or the metal zipper with eventually tear up anything.

I’ve had 2 of these. They look and feel great when new but unfortunately they don’t last long enough to justify their price:
-after washing in cold water it loosens up to much to the point that after a few weeks/months it doesn’t fit well
-it is a very delicate fabric so after a few washes it gets teared

Disappointed
This hoodie is not worth the $, even on sale. It's very thin and looks completely stretched out and shapeless - almost like someone wore it and then returned it. Also, shame on Nordstrom - I ordered this online and it arrived stuffed in a bag in a balled-up wrinkly mess. Not folded at all. Returned.
