Disappointed
Recently received this item and used it today for the first time. Although the steamer does micro steam as expected, the instructions say to steam the face for 10 minutes. The steamer only works for maybe 5 minutes, then you have to replenish the water reservoir but have to wait for at least 10 minutes for the steamer to cool before filling with water again. Maybe the one I got is defective? Not sure, but there was nothing in the description about the limited steaming time capability so I’m returning it.

Does the job - not for me.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the idea of a facial steamer, and this just didn’t do it for me. I think the thought is better than the action. While the machine is quiet, it takes a couple of minutes to warm up. There’s also no light that indicates it is on, so I at first thought it was broken. I’m also not a fan of having to plug it in for power. I would prefer something wireless.

Spa day must have

Disappointed — No Real Steam
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It didn’t work as expected. It barely produced any steam, even after following the directions carefully. The water tank also doesn’t attach tightly, which makes it frustrating to use. I was really hoping for a relaxing spa-like experience, but unfortunately, it didn’t deliver.
