Disappointed
Recently received this item and used it today for the first time. Although the steamer does micro steam as expected, the instructions say to steam the face for 10 minutes. The steamer only works for maybe 5 minutes, then you have to replenish the water reservoir but have to wait for at least 10 minutes for the steamer to cool before filling with water again. Maybe the one I got is defective? Not sure, but there was nothing in the description about the limited steaming time capability so I’m returning it.

smells plasticy
Before buying, I checked with Nordstrom chat the return policy. The associate assured that I can return anytime, even though it’s sold by third party and has 90 day return.
I tried once, I don’t like the plastic smell. I can’t stand it. Because I’m not sure about the return policy, I’m not going to risk it trying couple more times and delay. So straight to return!!!!!!!
